Invasion is a short artistic visual representing women. Jane surrounds a box and is later entrapped by it. The video was filmed last year, however it wasn't until June 2022 that it found its words. After creating the voice over for the film, Jessica began to edit. But, "as I edited this video it shaped into something else. I found more power in what wasn't being said." Jane represents the female of the past, the girl of the present, the woman of the future. "Jane Doe is all of us."

Ferrer also shared, "One of my favorite things about art is that it's subjective, so I didn't want to say much, but rather allow the viewer to decide what the video represents to them."

A short by Jessica G Ferrer, Honestidad Bajo la Luna is now available to view on YouTube. Picking up a camera and creating her own content had been long in the works. Ferrer is currently working on her own projects where she uses her poetry and visual art to tell stories.

If you blink a lot, perhaps you may want to hold your eyes open. Jessica G Ferrer booked a Comcast Xfinity commercial alongside Becky G. The commercial will air for both the English and Spanish language market.

During a time when the theatre was at an unreachable distance, given the reality of an actual pandemic, Ferrer looked into her prop bag and found two things - Barbara and Gilbert. The rest came organically. Provided by Brita filters came water and by Mr. Tanden, came lemons.

​English Barbara grew as her stories became more real. Ferrer's kitchen became her stage during a time when a live audience was out of reach. She brought us comedy from a character she'd developed on a previous Holiday season, #EnglishBarbara. Lemons & Water with Barbara is now streaming on YouTube.
